So, because I'm feeling nostalgic: this is what I wrote before OoTP came out, 2 years ago. Oddly, it fits just as well now :D Everyone was skeered Draco would bite it last time, too :>

I've been pretty separated from the general hubbub, I think-- but then, I have a talent for feeling zen in the midst of excitement. The more excited the people around me tend to be, the more calm I get. So... yes, I'm just anticipating... things :> Bad things, good things-- as long as they serve a purpose, I, for one, will be happy.

And I've been thinking recently, about how I'm never satisfied in terms of fanfic-- how no matter what I read, there's always that unreachable dream in my head, of how things -could- be and how they -should- be, and maybe that's the point. The dream remains.

On top of everything else, the book-cover seems to have a ring on the binding, and my novella revolves around a ring ^^;;
I feel so... bitten at the heels of, ahahah -.-
