I think it would be great if not for the flipside of Snape and Harry being like, naked together.

Imagine Snape and Draco. It has all of the above but also slightly incestuous connotations. (I'm just trying to let you see my flipside.)

You know, I was thinking about the poll and the only purpose H/D as an answer serves is to make emphasis on fandom obvious. And what kind of sentence was this? Anyway...

I know, it would be awesome. Canon gay, and I love Ernie, he's just sweet. I also love Zacharias, but I think I love him less. Because of fandom! See we are all dysfunctional that way.

Hey, I don't necessarily dig Harry & Snape nekkid either-- or Snape nekkid on any terms. Not that you'd have to worry about -any- nekkid in JKR's books. Um. We also decided it'd be gr8 if Harry & Snape just... went off to live together 'cause Harry was his apprentice or something (as like, part of Auror training, weheehee). But yes. I'll stop now >:D

I just hope the last book has a similar OMGWTF moment. No matter what happens, that'll make me happy.

No, it'll probably be the Snape/Draco book, and Draco will become Snape's apprentice at Hogwarts, and they'll be redeemed and very sexualised in that school boy way, with heads bowing and hands resting on arms that doesn't feel quite right to Harry or the reader.

You can have canon gay and still suck in other departments. :O
