~~fic challenge idea, strawberries and chocolate and fluff

well, people seem to like my fluff-- or not even -my- fluff-- let's just say, people seem to like fluff, unless they're grumpy people and go "arg" and "grr" a lot. as in, "grrr, i only like Deep Poetic Torture" *laughs madly*
god, i amuse myself.
onwards.

so i know ashkitty wants me to write more fluff-- and i want -other- people to write more fluff (ie, pretty much all of you). this gives me an idea. for a fic challenge. to write a fluff fic based on a type of sweet. like, it would have the properties of that sweet-- apple cobbler with ice cream, or blueberry tart, or coffee ice-cream with mint chips, or cookies-and-cream, or strawberries-with-chocolate-sauce...mmmmm :D no one ever picks up on my challenges, so i guess i'll have all these sweets rotting my own brain. ha. eventually i might eat one, though~:) mmm, lemon-chiffon pie..... triple-chocolate decadence....a strawberry milkshake.... a triple-decker sundae... *stops herself forcefully* :>

anyway-- i would write one, if someone else picked another one. fic for fic. they could be connected, but they don't have to be. the fic doesn't have to have a sweet in it, just have the properties of that sweet-- ie, structurally, emotionally, sensually. so that the fic tastes like the confection, somehow. just, whatever your favorite sweet is, try to translate that -feeling- into a fic. is that possible? i don't know. but it'd be fun to try, i think.
    EDIT: all the fluff-challenged people can of course feel free to write about yummy smooth, rich darkness-- let's say, chocolate mousse, brandy-flavored chocolate-covered cherries, bitter dark chocolate candy with crunchy hazelnut centers, even chocolate liquor~:) mmm, that last one has got to be poisonously orgasmic, all smooth and deadly and irresistible. mmmmmmmmm....

Did you realise that I actually am Hannah Abbott on Nocturne Alley when you wrote my review on ff.net?

By the way, I pretty much agreed with everything you said on that...I hate Melodrama (damn it to hell and back) and I suppose I'm not really doing myself justice with it.

Might end the series soon anyway. I'm running out of ideas.

*sniffs* i didn't mean to be discouraging... it's not worth hating, really-- maybe learning from, you know~:)
this is a tricky experimental type of thing you're doing, so it only makes sense that you don't get it "just right" immediately.... as experiments go, their value is in what they reveal about the process and how to improve, and stuff.
    plus of course, it had a number of good points (don't remember what i said in my review, exactly, but ^^;; hee), sometimes i just ramble on at whatever's on the top of my head (i think in that case it was cho, cho, cho-- i'm all about cho, ever since `veela magic', hee~:)

oh, and no, didn't know you were hannah, but i guess now it makes sense :D ha.
might have to pump you for info as to who the geniuses are behind you-know-who ;D *laughs* don't worry, just kidding. *evil look*

hee. whoever potterstinks and just_harry are, they are sinning against humanity (and fanfic) if they're not writing it :D fanfic, i mean. *sobs* i want in-character draco, dammit!!! waaaaaahhhhhhh...!

although, i think potterstinks is a tad too cerebral. harry's about right though, though not mischievous and witty enough. since jkr can't restrain herself from making everyone at least -somewhat- witty, i really want that as one of the cornerstones of fanon characerization, for some reason. if only i could write what i preach ^^;; *laughs* that would be nice.

my muse is -completely- out of control. i don't even -believe- in her, she's that out of control. she's pouting at me right now, and saying no cookies before bedtime for -me-.

erm. anyway. yeah.
my point got lost sometime long ago, but i hope that made some sort of sense ^^;;

*laughing* Yes, Hannah and I are one in the same. She's my soft, slightly sarcastic side. And what's wrong with Hannah, anyway? *giggles* Apart from being one of the only sane players on the block (but not for long!). And considering who her house mates are (erniemacmillan on one hand and finch_fletchley on the other :rolls eyes:)

And I can't tell you much, we all had to sigh confidentiality agreement upon sign-up...! *rofl*
