Just don't want to move?

(oh, and that should have been swaB the deck, but I'm sure our minds fixed my mistake. heh)

Everybody seems to be moving this second part of 2006. I haven't read so many "i'm moving!" posts, whether good moves, or bad moves.

It's kind of intimidating! Haha I've never done it before (with this much stuff!) and even though I want to move [from upstate NY to Seattle is a move up, y'know], it's rather overwhelming the way a 10-page paper is overwhelming. Plus it's repetitive physical labor, which I should just -not- have to do. *coughs*

And it's true people are moving! The exciting part's what I hear about-- new apt pictures, painting/buying things, the frustrations once you get there-- but just sitting at your old place & packing up your kitchenware, that's just sort of blaaaaaah...

Never moved before??? Yer jus' a youn'in then! har-har-har!

I kinda like packing up, because then I get to go through things that have been hidden for a long while. AND, if it done properly, you might actually get RID of stuff. Then again, I tend to just pack in a frenzy to get it done, here and there. And then the unpacking is, once again, just to get it done.

I have to move in two months (end of November, if things work out) and I'm not really excited over it, but then again I am. Smaller place, but I'll be paying half rent so I get more money to spend, and maybe pay off bills.

I WISH I could take pics and post them. I'd go camera-happy and have to buy batteries every week.
