I read two great HBP Ron/Hermione fics (fivil's 6th-year one & sionann's post-HBP one) and doubtful_salmon's hilarious HBP!Snape AU... type... thing, so I was already in a het/gen frame of mind... and then I dipped into Anneth Lagamo's Edgeworlds fanart site, and man....

I'm totally in a gennish mood like whoah. I dunno where to go or whose fic to trust (so melodramatic), and y'know, I still wanna read about Harry & Draco... except gen. And Harry & Ginny & Ron & Hermione gennish het. It's sort of scary.

But yeah, her character designs are the most spot-on of anyone's, ever, at least in regards to how I imagined the characters. Her post-Hogwarts Sirius & Remus... man. Smirky!Remus, and that haircut... I dunno, I feel so nostalgic for some reason. Even for the Ginny that hasn't happened yet. And wah, now her Draco makes more sense than ever. <3
    And oh, Snape. And now I'm sort of in the mood for post-Hogwarts H/G fluff o_0 And I also love how she drew the Founders, and waaahh, ickle!malnourished!Harry <3<3 And omfg, her Luna & Draco sketch is the BEST THING EVAR!!1 (at this moment) And don't we all hope book 7 will have a Snape & Harry moment like this??! Omg, biggest hope for book 7 (besides the Trio surviving).

    But really, what got to me most is this sketch-- because this is what I love about HP in a nutshell. That's it, right there. That is IT and no, I don't need no stinkin' slash, either. Just them. ♥

...And just to up the sap quotient even higher, there's leelastarsky's painting of Harry's family & the uber-fluffy Ron/Hermione (hee! stubble!Ron ♥) and the Trio, of course ♥ ♥

Oh, wow, those are beautiful! I particularly like the Luna and Draco sketch. :-) And I thought this arguement (http://www.edgeworlds.com/sb/hp_argument.html) sketch was gorgeous, as well.
