Meh. I am further now and am so grumpy about fanfic but yes, that was obvious from OotP on, R with Hr and H with G. So soso obvious. Pity, Luna would have been more interesting.

Have you read the bathroom scene yet? Argh. I wish there were no fanfic.

Heheh I never did read much R/Hr fanfic-- except Silvia Kundera's, who's actually the reason I ship R/Hr in the first place :> I must be one of the few-- the proud-- fanon R/Hr shippers out there :>

About Luna... I was just thinking when Harry met Luna again that um... well, I suppose you're right, it'd be -interesting-, but... um, He pities (and is embarrassed) by her manner, and he doesn't understand her at all. Given, he doesn't really understand Malfoy at all either, but at least he's offended instead of pitying/indulgent, which is like, the anti-romance for me. Maybe I over-identify with Luna (...I know I do), but. She's a very cerebral character. I don't know whyyyyy people want to pair her off, really (I never noticed any attention towards Ron, say) and I also think her 'understanding' of Harry & appreciation of his attention & friendship is very... general and not passionate or anything. Luna's not passionate except about ideas at this point in her life. Um. She could be curious about sex too, I guess, but even so I think most people wouldn't find her clinical curiosity sexy. Harry's attracted to fiery types, basically. Um. Luna's all water & air. Actually, it's funny 'cause I think Draco's like that too-- being a Gemini-- but he's quick-acting, flammable (sorta like Ginny), y'know. Luna's... defusing.
...Yes, I've thought about this way too much.

Hee, I'm midway through chapter 13. Ahhh, Tom.
I think I'll abandon Harry & Draco and go write darkfic about Tom now :D :D

I didn't mean it was likely or a good match, but it would have been CAPSLOCK ALERT AN INTERESTING MATCH not like the off-hand simple girlboy things.
Erm, so yes, am NOT thinking fanon. Don't like fanon. Pah. Erm. Well, would like her with Draco nearest of all coz can see long evolvement (sorry English slipping wah) and interesting movements, he needs someone to startle him. But yeah. It would have been less pat.
