As for whether they're *my* Harry and Draco -- well, they're *never* my Harry and Draco exactly to me, because I didn't write it;' none of the slash alternates are *my* Harry and Draco, but that's okay. It takes my Harry and Draco as a base and makes them gaze into the looking-glass. I see the genesis, here, of the situation from my work, and flashes of their thoughts -- it's like they might be if you alchemically changed just one element of their characters. And that's fine.
