okay. I was thinking maybe I ment 'prose' instead of prosaic (same word?). Nope. Same unflatering meanings. I used the thesaurus to find it's the antonym of everything I ever thought it ment.
...I guess this is one of the many reasons why I loose at scrabble...

...I'm really sorry about that. It wasn't an insult, and I'm horrified (and mildly betrayed) by the true definition of "prose." Neil Gaiman used it in reference to his more than a few of his works, and it never occured to me that he might be less than... flattering to himself. I think of him as a sort of poet, which is where (poet-prose-prosaic) I got the definition.
Can I blame this one on my Public Schooling and have you forgive me?
