    EDIT - OMG-- duude, wycked drew the most realistic Luna EVAR~! :D I'm really rather impressed o_0 ...Though this reminds me of people who say they'd ship her with -anyone- just 'cause they like her and/or identify with her, which... *sigh* I mean, as someone who (over)identifies with her... I really don't want to see myself and/or a character I like with random mass numbers of people who they're most likely not suited with just to get laid, thankyouverymuch :P The whole indiscriminate shipping phenomenon rather disturbs me, really....
    And zomg, the realistic!hotness of her Remus~! ...Though that's sort of paled by her mischievous!sex-god!Sirius ♥♥♥ And her gothic!Snape makes me shiver. Mmmm.... *sigh* And I know I should be ogling her Bill, but for some reason I'm being distracted by the cuteness of the Burrow. Hee!

And! And! Just to make sure you're all properly sick of my fanart recs, I'm all a-glee about mon_starling's HBP character sketches, especially the investigative!Harry & really-quite-upset!Draco... wow... o_0 And man, her Lily/James ♥ I have such a soft spot for them-- I really wish there was more fanart, hee.
    Also, something about nassima's painting of morning in bed!S/R makes me think of my idea of happily ever afters.... Though, for Sirius, its probably something more like this-- wind in his hair, bike beneath him, the stars at his back, riding through the sky until the dawn finally comes.

I'd like to think I've got a pretty good equilibrium when it comes to canon!R/T and all that, but... looking at the gen fanart entries for Alicey's HBP HP Monthly Challenge, I saw Erin O' Dea's R/T pic... and omg, that throws me for a loop, right there o_0
    Normally, I can enjoy fanart of any pairing for illustrative & artistic merit (previous R/T & H/Hr pics included), but this time that backfired, 'cause oh man, that's the most IC Remus pic I've seen in -ages-, possibly ever, so now I feel as if IC!Remus would somehow naturally fit with Tonks (meaning, I can't see this mild-mannered middle-aged guy with Sirius). o_0 Wah :(( Someone talk me down or something ><;;

Also, talk about a hot HBP!Tom. Wah. And aaaah, poor Ron, ahahaha. And this is possibly my favorite H/G kiss yet, not sure. I think Coda's is the only Bill/Fleur pic I've ever liked-- it's just precious, heeeeee. Chibi!Trio & catty!Fleur <33333 People just don't make her catty enough.

I mean, I just remember how people go on sometimes about how they didn't want so many Pensieve scenes or all that romance or whatever, so it heartens me to see them illustrate stuff like the Tom & the locket scene because they were inspired, and not shippily for once. I really do feel as if I'm in the huge minority in terms of having enjoyed all the major elements in the book (though people seem to like it more than OoTP, definitely), even though I'm supposedly in -fandom- for it. Canon!love is so... nice.
