reenkaUsually, I'd have written something for Harry's birthday... yes, fine, I celebrate it in my own little way, shut up! So yeah... but all I keep writing is weird angry!H/D... which I dunno if Harry would want. Heh. So. Instead I'll just cuddle my Harry plushie, thankyouverymuch.
Hmph.

joosetta's pic for my drabble. Ack! I'm a sucker for like, swords & boys (y'know, together)... and I keep going on about how I want to see more of it... and finally, I wrote some for joosetta's drabble/pic exchange. And then... ack! The glory! The wonder! angry!H/D with like... blood and stuff!! <3333333333 *dissolves into goo*
It's so pretty! Wheee! And so I colored it! Because I have like, no life, etc. But! Pretty! Boys! And! Swords! <3!

"Do you surrender?"
Malfoy's eyes were trained on Harry's relentlessly. No matter what hex Harry had cast, Malfoy kept his eyes open and focused by some untold feat of stubbornness. It was nearly over, though.
"You wish," Malfoy croaked, lip bleeding sluggishly.
Harry pressed the thin edge of the sword to Malfoy's pale neck, watching the blood well up with a detached sort of interest. He didn't really have to be doing this, of course, but it was fun. How much of the war was actually -fun-?
"How about now?" he said softly.
"How about never?" Malfoy sneered.
It seemed he could still sneer with cold metal kissing his skin. The thought that he might have been a bit off about Malfoy flitted across Harry's mind, but he shook it away.
"What's it gonna take, Malfoy?" Harry whispered, bringing his face closer still. Malfoy's breath was foul, reeking of blood and the filth that had to come from what he'd done on this very field just hours ago. If Harry was in danger of forgetting what Malfoy was, this reminded him.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" Malfoy's attempt at the usual superior drawl fell flat, as he exploded in a coughing fit and his own sword clattered to the dusty ground.
"Wouldn't I?" he rasped against Malfoy's mouth. "You tell me."
Hmph.

This were my favourite bits, btw.
I like how Harry is the one holding the sword because it's cutting into Draco's throat (... hot) but we're not actually sure. Mmh. I'll go tell Joosetta now.
